Our rates include all water and electricity.

Bed linen and bath towels are provided as well as tea towels, sponges and cloths etc. Please bring your own swimming towels.

Washing up liquid, salt and pepper, sugar, tea and coffee is almost always in the cupboard - please replace what you use up for the next visitors.

On arrival you will be met by the lovely Marion who will show you how everything works and will ensure that you have some goodies to start you off.

All crockery for 4 people is provided and we have tried hard to ensure that you have everything you need for a self catering break. It used to drive me wild when the knives were blunt and there was no wine opener in rental properties we went to so we have tried really hard to include everything you might need in the kitchen. If there is something you really need then please ask us before and we can let you know whether it's there or not!

There is a refundable breakages deposit taken at the time of check in.

There is a compulsory cleaning charge of €100 at the end of your stay (this covers the cost of cleaning the property and washing and ironing the linen). If you require cleaning during your stay please ask our local rep and she will arrange it for you.

Tha cabanon is only available to rent in conjunction with the house during the months of July and August. We try to rent the house and cabanon seperately so that you can enjoy the peace and tranquility of the whole place.
